Matrix diamond clad chip (PDC) bit is a kind of cutting bit which is welded on the matrix of bit by brazing. The matrix drill bit is sintered with tungsten carbide powder, brazed with polycrystalline diamond composite sheet on tungsten carbide matrix and protected by natural diamond.
The steel PDC bit is machined with nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloy. After heat treatment, drilling holes are drilled on the bit body, the artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is pressed into (tightly matched) the bit body, and the diameter is protected by cylindrical tungsten carbide.
High precision metal seal is adopted. The metal seal consists of an elaborately designed and manufactured metal seal ring as the axial dynamic seal of the bearing, and two highly elastic rubber energy supply rings are located in the palm of the tooth and the sealing area of the tooth wheel as the static seal. The optimized sealing compression ensures that the sealing surfaces of the two metal rings are always in good contact.
